Terms of Service

DMDX Studio is an AI image generation platform for jewellery makers, studios, and brands, operated by [DMDX_LEGAL_ENTITY]. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use DMDX Studio. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [privacy@dmdxstudio.com] if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for activities that harm other users, our infrastructure, or our sub-processors.

DMDX Studio is offered on subscription plans, each granting a monthly allowance of image generation credits. One generated image consumes one credit. Image analysis (step 2) does not consume credits. Unused credits do not roll over between months.

Specific tier names, prices, and quotas are listed on the pricing section of our home page and reflect the current contents of the underlying plans table.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial-month refunds. Once a credit has been consumed by a successful image generation, it is non-refundable. Credits consumed for a generation that fails on our side (for example, a WaveSpeed failure) are automatically refunded to your balance.

You agree not to use DMDX Studio to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes the rights of others.
• Upload reference images that contain personal data of third parties without a lawful basis to process it.
• Generate imagery designed to deceive (e.g. counterfeiting protected designs, impersonating real individuals).
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or prompts.
• Resell, sub-license, or redistribute access to the service.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the platform or its sub-processors.

DMDX Studio uses third-party AI providers — including WaveSpeed for image generation and OpenRouter for reference-image analysis — to produce outputs from the references and prompts you supply. Outputs are algorithmically generated and may contain inaccuracies, artefacts, or unintended resemblances to existing designs. You are responsible for reviewing each output and ensuring it is appropriate for your intended commercial use, including any necessary rights clearances.

Your inputs. You retain ownership of the reference images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process those images solely to provide the service — which includes transmitting them to our sub-processors as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your outputs. Subject to your compliance with these terms, you own the images DMDX Studio generates from your inputs and may use them for product listings, marketing, and other commercial purposes. You are responsible for confirming the outputs do not infringe third-party rights.

The platform. We retain all rights in the DMDX Studio platform, including its software, designs, branding, prompts, and underlying templates.

DMDX Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, that outputs will meet your expectations, or that the service will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or lost data.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where reasonably practical, we will give active users advance notice of material changes that adversely affect them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of [DMDX_GOVERNING_JURISDICTION]. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
